As a Postal Worker you can now sign up for the COVID-19 Vaccination

As many of you have seen, the Governor announced this week that Minnesota is expanding vaccine eligibility weeks ahead of schedule to include 1.8 million additional Minnesotans with certain underlying health conditions and/or in targeted essential work sectors, including U.S. Postal Service workers.

This is welcome news, but we wanted to provide as much clarity as possible about the process for getting scheduled for a vaccine appointment as there is a lot of information out there.
The easiest and best way for people to find out how to get an appointment is by signing up for the COVID-19 Vaccine Connector.

The Vaccine Connector will alert users about their eligibility and opportunities to get shots near them, including potentially being selected for an appointment at one of the state’s Community Vaccination Program sites in Duluth, Rochester, Eagan, and Bloomington. Some Twin Cities members may also get an additional email to sign up for appointments directly from the Minnesota Department of Health, but EVERYONE should still sign up through the Vaccine Connector.

Here are several links to resources provided by the Minnesota Department of Health about the vaccine process:

There is no mandatory requirement for you to receive the vaccination it is voluntary.
